You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier (e.g., downloads of educational materials, worksheets, or study guides) if the consumer has expressly agreed that the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their understanding that they lose the right to withdraw once the contract has begun.

By purchasing digital download products (e.g., paid worksheets, study guides, or other digital content) on The EduKing website, you expressly waive the statutory right of withdrawal. This waiver is effective in accordance with applicable laws as digital content cannot be returned after it has been transmitted.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods if the return is within Germany. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
